Alltel ripoff, dishonest, not a set monthly bill, bill keeps going up every month, very fraudulent, pain in the butt to work with, wont let other companies come into area Winder Georgia

I had Alltel as my phone (local, long distance, and internet) company. It was suppose to be $50 a month. I got my first bill and it was right.

Then my second bill came and it went up to $60. Every bill I got it went up. Finally I got Feburary's bill and it was $130.54. When March came along it was $130.54 also.

I got charged $93 for local, $20 for long distance, and $20 for internet. For long distance I only had 250 minutes in state and out of state it was $0.10 a minute. I called out of state more.

So, I totally got ripped off. I called and canceled them and went with another company that is way better. I get unlimited local and unlimited long distance (in US and Canada) for only $27 a month. That is way better.

I got internet through my cable company. Internet only is $14 a month. So, I'm doing way better now than I was. Please do something with them, so they don't keep screwing everyone over. They won't allow other people to come into our area. That way they get all the buisness and can screw us over.

I also have had problems with Alltel that no one at Alltel has been willing to help me with for over a year now. I have been lied to by representatives in their kiosk locations, alltel stores, and over the phone. Not one thing they say is true, they have been rude, uncaring and unresponsive. I have sent letters and confirmation of payments to their Little Rock office and have been told I would be contacted. Still waiting. In the meantime I received the notice from the collection agency for the disputed amount. I immediately sent a letter of dispute back to them, but I resent the amount of time I have spent trying to clear up a bill I do not owe. I have never experienced such poor customer service and dishonest practices from a large company before. I will never have service of any kind with Alltel or any company associated with Alltel.

For 3 years, Altell has been slipping in repeeated calls and they were all made at the same times, We are supposed to get free weekends and nights after nine p.m., and we were charged them too, My minutes werent exceeded according to my records and they sent me a bill for 780.00 +.
They told me it is the Customers responsibility to make sure that Alltel isnt making mistakes, They also told me it would be taken care of. But as we all know what that means.

Alltel has lost my phones, sold me faulty equipt. and billed me for false calls and charged me for nights and weekends. This is indeed the very worse company in the whole world. I would be better of with Cigular or something. I am so sick of those guys ripping me and My family off!!!

Lets get them, we are enough to file class action suit. I will pay for attorney. Lets do it and help the rest of the victims, Alltel owes us all for the hassle, the money we have paid wrongfully, the time we have wasted, the Stressed they have caused all of us. I will file suit if anyone here will back me. I am fed up with them, Thing is I spent over 7,000 in advertising last year in the Yellow pages,Business cards, Flyers, UT Football and Nascar Schedules.Ect. Ect. and my number is on there. Stopping that number will hurt my business and way of living for my family. So I am forced to cont. But will when Contract ends in May '06. Lets topple the fraud cell company, lets take em on. I know I can win my self for only me since I have the proof on the billings and our contract. If you can provide proof, I will File a Class Action Suit Against Altell for knowingly or attempting to commit consumer fraud! They will owe us all and the ones who dont know they are victims. I will also contact a freind down at the paper, and other media, My sister is a Radio Host/D.J. in a malor city as well. LETS GET EM YA'LL!!!!!!!

We can do this, this is how big companies pay for there wrong doings!!!
