Alltel disconnected my service without notification. i did pay my bill 10 days late. My first time in 6 months. i received automated message saying my bill was late so I paid it 2 days later. i was charged 35.00 reconnect fee. so I paid my bill on time minus the reconnection fee. then 2 weeks later I go to use my phone and it is disconnected again. I called customer service
I was polite on the phone and was disconnected 2 times.

I called a 3rd time and the girl was rude and said I don't understand anything. I did pay my bill which is for a month ahead of time but i can't use my service because I'm disconnected again. She said I would have to pay another 35.00 which will be 70 on my next bill. This is bull s**t. it shouldn't have been disconnected in the firsat place. Is this legal since I paid my bill just not the reconnection fee? I paid for serfvice I can't use. I sent nasty letter to alltel no reply yet.
