Alltel ripoff, fraudulent, sucks, dishonest, con artist, free minutes, false promises Little Rock Arkansas *UPDATE ..finnaly got credit!
On 7-16-02 I purchased a phone plan with Alltel that stated on the contract I had 300 free peak minutes with the plan. Each time I have received a bill, it says 250 minutes free and charges me from .40 to .60 for any time over. I have called repeatedly and they say they will straighten it out but they never do. They even told me to deduct an amount on a previous bill and then cut the phone off for not paying the total amount that month. Each month they continue to only give me 250 minutes when I have a signed contract for 300. You do not want to deal with this company, I could tell you more but it would take too much time.

After may hours on the phone they finally gave me credit for the money they cheated me out of for 4 months. They said, "It takes a while to get things straight". I don't know what to expect from alltel in the future because they tell you one thing one day and a month from now you might have the same problem. So for now it looks like I won.
