Let me start by saying we were with Alltel 2 years with no problems. That all changed in the last 3 months when we agreed to change services and "upgrade" to new phones.

We were charged $50.00 extra for each of the two new phones we received and an extra $50.00 on the service itself. We have called them so many times to try and correct this matter that we are considering a Lawsuit.

Each time we call, we are told that it will be corrected but after receiving calls about every other day stating we need to pay our bill to maintain service, I believe these people are full of crap.

I won't even go into the fact that there are many times that calls are not received on our phones when we know that there were calls made to them. Customer service is an unknown word for these people.

Maybe someone else has talked to these "service" people: Nikki, Heather, David, Andrea, Jonathan and a lot more that my husband has written down at work. These are the ones that we were able to talk to not including the ones that we were "disconnected" from.

If anyone is considering service with this company I would think again. I would never do business with them again.
