Alltel Wireless Alltel Customer Service Is A Joke Little Rock Arkansas

I recently ordered a cellphone, car charger & 2-year contract from Alltel's online website. It took 7 days for the phone to arrive, but Alltel billed me for that 7 days even though I didn't even have the phone yet.

The box was opened on the bottom when I received it and the car charger was missing. Alltel contracts with a company called LetsTalk to ship the stuff.

Alltel provides an email form on their website claiming that they will respond within one business day. That's a hoot. I've been waiting a week and still no response. Their automated phone system offers no options for complaints.

LetsTalk also provides an email address and I have been waiting two weeks and still no response. I prefer communicating with email so I have a printed record of my communications. Both companies claim to be reponsive to customers but neither responds to emails. I guess they figure you'll get tired of trying to contact them and let it slide.

After my experience, I wouldn't recommend Alltel to my worst enemy.
