Complaint Review: Alltell

This is just a shortened version of a 3 page report that I sent to the Better Business Bureau.

I received Alltel service in Michigan this year during January. I asked them specifically if I would get service in Peachtree City, Georgia because I knew that is where I would be moving in May. They told me I would get service! I moved and got absolutely NO service.

I called Alltel to complain about the service I was getting. There was zero customer service. I know customer service was a thing of the past, but Alltel definitely reassured me on that.

I wanted to cancel my service with no deactivation fee since I couldn't make/receive phone calls. It only seems fair, right? Wrong. They wouldn't have it and I was on the phone with them for over a week trying to resolve this only to get transfered to invalid numbers and having to call back multiple times. SO FRUSTRATING!!

I would like to recieve my $200 back for the service I was NOT getting.
