Allthatcellular.net Allthatcellular Bad Cellphones sent but Charging Restocking Fee Brooklyn New York
I purchased a Motorola from this company. It arrived with the charging port and a couple dead areas on the screen not working. They replaced it with another with dead areas on the screen.
Now they want to charge me a restocking fee for me to just cancel the transaction. They can not provide me with a good working phone, but yet they want to charge me a restocking fee cause they can't send a working phone... makes no sence to me. They clearly do NOT go thru and refurbish the phones. One I figured okay no one is perfect,but the second had even more dead areas on the touch screen than the first phone they sent.
Very difficult to deal with. There are plenty of others out there to try - STAY AWAY from these guys.
