Complaint Review: AllTheHotKicks.com

I ordered shoes from this website on 9/4/06 and paid with a moneyorder the following day (9/5/06). For weeks my account status listed my payment as pending. It was finally updated to payment received on 9/20/06. I kept the moneyorder receipt and tracked it everyday to see when they would cash/deposit it. Well it was finally cashed on 9/25/06. Their website states that upon payment clearing they will ship shoes the following business day along with e-mailing me a tracking number. As of today (10/10/06), the status of my account still only states payment receieved. No shoes have been shipped and no e-mail has been sent to me w/ any tracking number.

They have no customer support number to call, however they do offer customer service via e-mail which will supposedly respond to your enquiry promptly. I have e-mailed them 4 times over the past couple of weeks with NO RESPONSE...even after I threatened to file suit against them. After filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, I decided to do my own research and have found TONS AND TONS of complaints against their company and how they have ripped people off. So save your money and avoid a headache by NOT wasting your time with this company. And if you already have then I would suggest filing a report with the Better Business Bureau along with Rip-off Report.com and possibly even seeking further action. Which is what I intend to do. Just wanted to get the word out about these scam artists.
