Alltimetrading.com Shipping Problems, Credit Problems Internet
I ordered 11/17/2011 3 different items, socks, pajamas and pajama pants. I needed the items before Black Friday to sell in store.
Called 11/21/2011 No answer
Called 11/22/2011 No answer
I waited until Monday after holiday to call again.
I called 11/28/2011 asking where the items were. Was told by Tom that they were shipped and they should arrive the same day. He sent me a tracking number via email.
Pajama Pants Received Monday 11/28/2011. I was still missing pajamas and socks. Quality of pajama pants was fair/poor. I requested via email to send them back and cancel the other items the same day. No Response.
I emailed again 11/29/2011 to request cancellation and return. No Response.
I called 12/01/2011 and stated that I never received the remaining items. I was told that the account was already to be refunded the balance. I was hung up on.
I called 12/12/2011 after not receiving the credit in my account. I was disconnected twice. On the third call I talked to someone who said very harshly that the credit was done on 12/08/2011. He then hung up on me and emailed me the credit memo that was dated 12/08/2012.
I called my bank on the 12/12 and 12/15 to see if the credit was going through. The bank said it didnt look like any attempt to credit was made.
On Friday, 12/16/2011, I called alltimetrading and was disconnected. I called back and was told the credit will sometimes take 5-7 days. I told the man on the phone that it had already been 8 days. He said he would check on it and email me what is going on. I never received an email or a call. I waited until Monday.
On Monday, 12/19/2011, I called my bank to see what they could do. They recommended that I charge back the transaction and wait for them to call me to pay the balance for the pajama pants that I received. (I gave up on the return and just wanted the credit) I was charged $15 for the dispute.
Never heard from the company.
On 2/3/2012, the dispute was refused. So I had to start calling the company again. I spent the next few days looking at their website trying to find product to use my credit.
On 2/9/2012, I called and stated that I never received my credit. I was told that they credit wasnt processed because I disputed the charge. I told them I disputed the charge 11 days AFTER the credit was supposed to have been processed. I also told them that I expected them to call me regarding the dispute and they never did. I told the man on the phone that I would be willing to just apply the credit for product since they were unable to give me a credit to my card. I was told they cant apply credits to new orders. I asked them to please just mail me a check for the amount owed to me since they were having such problems crediting my card. They said they couldnt do that and would credit my card.
On 2/10/2012, I called because I still hadnt received the credit. They said they would do it immediately and send me a copy of the receipt in my email. I never received an email.
On 2/14/2012, I called my bank to see if there was a pending credit. There was no activity showing that any attempt to credit was made. So I had to call back again, 3 times before I didnt get magically disconnected. When I talked to someone they said that I had just called yesterday which I called Friday not Monday. They said it was processed yesterday. I said, I want the copy of the receipt I was promised. They put me on hold and when they came back on the phone said they needed to do more investigation and that I need to call back later. This is where I am right now. Waiting.
