I read an article that Victoria Osteen is leaving her responsibilities from her husband's church because her company Alumiderm is doing so well.

Below the article is an link for a free trial to try the product, with a 4.95 shipping fee.  I selected the shipping fee of 4.95, and then another product popped up.  I did not select it, but it charged me an additional shipping fee totaling $10.00.

Within two minutes I called the company to tell them I didn't want the 2nd product.  The phone representative looked it up, and told me they could not remove it, or they would charge me $38.00 for the product.  I told her I just ordered one product and I don't want the other.   She told me she could not cancel it.  I told her the order form was very deceptive, and she informed me that I should have scrolled all the way down to cancel the second product.

I told her that the way the order form is set up, the 2nd product is blinking, and even though you don't select it, it adds it on as you are attempting to complete your order.

She would not cancel my order, stating it would charge my credit card the full price if I canceled it.  I told her I was going to leave a very unpleasant review, and she informed me to call back after I received the product to cancel future orders.

Very disappointed with this deceptive practice and I'm going to leave reviews on other forums so others do not get taken advantage of.
