Complaint Review: Allumiderm

This follow up to the Rip Off Report of 6/2017...

I ordered this trial offer after very carefully checking the advertisement for the small print about any possible future charges. There are none. The email they sent me confirming the shipment did not state any. When multiple charges started showing up on my credit card statement my only contact was SUPPLEBODY, a clearing house for the scam artists. They claimed I had 14 days upon receipt of the trial size to return the bottle or be charged about $90 for it and future orders. WHAT?

Upon further research I saw that some episode on Shark Tank featured Allumiderm, which has since changed names at least twice in an obvious attempt to avoid the prosecution mentioned in the earlier report. They have Oprah Winfrey and other stars promoting it. I cannot believe that these respectable actors and shows stand behind such deceptive advertising practices. Letters should be sent to these entities having them do a retraction, in my opinion.
