This company uses hidden methods to take money from your account. Nowhere in the ad does it tell you that if you do not cancel the product in 14 days will you be charged for it nor does it tell you the amount you will be charged. I have copies of the original ad. It says that you pay shipping charges for the product. It uses the word TRIAL in the ad. I was not even home when the product arrived. I was on vacation. In the meantime, I had an accident where I shattered my wrist and had to have surgery. I did not even have the chance to open it let alone have a chance to try it. The original charge was on July 15th. I did not see the charge until my statement came at the end of July, at which time I called the bank to complain about it. I called each of the TWO companies to complain and cancel. In the meantime, on August 15th, I was charged for another order.

When I called to complain to the Customer Care line, I spoke to an individual there, Jason, who told me the bank could not do anything about it and wanted to explain to me why. I told him that I did not want to hear his reasoning for it that I would let my bank handle it. He called and left a message stating that he had called me back twice but I did not answer. He wanted to let me know about the refunds he wanted to offer me. I have the message from him saved on my phone. He also told me that no refunds could be issued until I called that number. I called that number today and first spoke with a man named, Christian, who asked me to hold so he could find the information and was turned over to Breaha (although I am not sure that is how to spell her name). She told me that I did sign up for the product and that it stated that if it were not canceled in 14 days, I would be charged the full amount. Nowhere on that ad did it ever state that. I have a copy of the ad. She told me I am not due any refund.

As far as I am concerned this is false advertising and fraud. I am hoping that the Federal Trade Commission will look into this outright deception to consumers. Because I was not aware of any of the charges until too late, I am out $364.70 for a "TRIAL" product that I not only did not use but certainly do not want. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! If you also have been tricked into this.....here is the information you need, ALLUMINEYE REJUVENATING CREAM; PHONE: 1(877) 631-1669 and ALLUMIDERM SERUM; 1(877) 631-1620. CUSTOMER CARE for their product is; 1 (977) 631-1669. If you too have been ripped off by this company, please file a report!
