This company has a famous Dr's name attached to it when it pops up. If you are looking at skin care and you see Allumiere, Nova, Anti-Aging Skin Care but mainly Allumiere, don't look at it period. I did a 14day trial. They don't tell you it starts when you place your order.
One would think it would start when you receive it. I called and canceled it the day I received it & was given a Cancellation #, was told no further action would be taken. They processed my credit card for the full amount of in two parts on the same day one for 98.41 and another for 97.41. No point in arguing with them, nothing you say will help.
When I contacted my bank, they had to close my bank card & reissue a new one, the company's webb site doesn't exist. When you go to it all you get a a bigg SORRY in the middle of the page. The support email address goes nowhere as well. They don't want you to get to them. So, all you can do is what I am doing now and file a report hoping others wil see these and stay away from this company of scammers. They don't care who they hurt, or about how much back up you have. So just accept that they got into your pocket and learn from this like I have. They will get their come up ins at some pont. God blees all we are in this together. Pass the word on.
