Allumiere Charged me full price for products I returned and had not ordered
I ordered a free trial on the internet. When it arrived there was no paper work or information to contact the to cancel any further shipments. They then sent me two skin care products one they charged $109 and one $115. I sent the products back with out opening since I had not ordered them and was not aware they were being sent. When i called to get a refund they refused and offered me the product at half price. I reported to discover card but the company gave them documentation saying I had ordered so I had to pay the charges.
