Complaint Review: Allure Ocean Front Luxury Condos Cancun The Power To Attract

Mi peor experiencia con "The Top Realstate" Cancun con respecto a sus departamentos mal construidos en Puerto Cancún llamados Allure.

Si no hubiera hecho la investigación necesaria con respecto a la empresa de Cadu de Urban Homes, habría sido estafado y habría tirado una gran cantidad de dinero en un terrible departamento.

Les comento, estaba interesado en comprar un condominio en la zona de Puerto Cancún hace un par de meses, fue entonces cuando supe de Allure Ocean Front Luxury Condos.
Después de chatear con su equipo de ventas a través de Facebook, fui a ver su sala de exposición de Puerto Cancun.
Cuando pase por alli pensé que todo parecía muy bonito.

Fui en una tarde lluviosa, y esa fue la mejor decisión que he tomado!
Gracias a la lluvia de ese día, pude percatarme de la inundación de agua que entraba en los apartamentos muestra ya que se encuentran dentro del mismo desarrollo.
Escurria demasiada agua por las paredes, y todas las terrazas se llenaban de agua. Claramente las ventanas y las paredes no fueron construidas correctamente.

No podia creer lo que estaba sucediendo. Cuando les pregunte a los agentes de ventas cómo una inversión de un millón de dólares podría tener agua escurriendo por todo el departamento, entre paredes y por medio de ventanas, 
un senor llamado Pepe me respondio que solo las unidades de las esquinas tenían inundaciones de agua por dentro, y que si compraba una unidad intermedia, no tendría ese problema.

Se imaginan?

Además de toda la agua que escurria por las peredes , tambien entraba bastante agua por entre las ventanas, sabía que algo no parecía correcto.

Fue en ese entonces cuando me di cuenta que los uniformes que usaban los agentes de ventas decia "The Top Realstate" cancun.
Después de una búsqueda rápida en google cuando volví a mi air b n b, lo descubrí.

Allure es propiedad y construido por Urban Homes, quien este a su vez es el constructor de casas de Infonavit baratas y mal construidas por $600,000 pesos por Cadu.
Esto explicaría la mala calidad de sus departamentos en Puerto Cancun!

De alguna manera, esta compañía piensa que los compradores somos unos estúpidos, que pueden engañar a la gente para que pague millones de dólares en sus departamentos mal construidos y de pesima calidad.
Ademas por intenet descubrí miles de malas críticas y quejas en línea que nunca fueron resueltas por esta terrible compañía Española.
Piensan que esconderse detrás del nombre de Allure Ocean Front Condos o " The Top Realstate "  pueden salirse con la suya engañando a los clientes para que practicamente tiren su dinero a la basura invirtiendo
en alguno de sus departamentos.

Cadu tiene una terrible reputación por hacer casas de muy baja calidad que se derrumban, al ser casas que construyen de infonavit.
Ellos son una empresa terrible de España, entra a google y te daras cuenta por ti mismo . No tires tu dinero a la basura con Allure .

**My worst experience with "The Top Realstate" Cancun with regards to its poorly constructed apartments in Puerto Cancun called Allure. If I had not done the necessary research regarding the Cadu company of Urban Homes, I would have been scammed and thrown a large amount of money into a terrible department. I commented, I was interested in buying a condo in the area of ​​Puerto Cancun a couple of months ago, that's when I learned about Allure Ocean Front Luxury Condos. After chatting with his sales team through Facebook, I went to see his showroom in Puerto Cancun. When I passed by there I thought that everything seemed very beautiful. 

I went on a rainy afternoon, and that was the best decision I've made! Thanks to the rain that day, I noticed the flood of water that entered the apartments shows as they are within the same development. There was too much water running down the walls, and all the terraces were filled with water. Clearly the windows and walls were not built correctly. I could not believe what was happening. When I asked the sales agents how a million dollar investment could have water running down the entire department, between walls and through windows, a gentleman named Pepe answered that only the corner units had water floods inside, and that if he bought an intermediate unit, he would not have that problem.

Somehow, this company thinks that buyers are stupid, that they can trick people into paying millions of dollars in their badly constructed and poor quality departments. In addition to internet I discovered thousands of bad reviews and complaints online that were never resolved by this terrible Spanish company. They think that hiding behind the name of Allure Ocean Front Condos or "The Top Realstate" can get away with cheating customers to practically throw their money in the trash by investing in one of its departments. Cadu has a terrible reputation for making houses of very low quality that collapse, being houses that build infonavit. They are a terrible company in Spain, google and you will realize for yourself. Do not throw your money in the trash with Allure.
