I ordered two VS5 Pros, a roomba knockoff that would mop and vacuum, $45.00 each. What I received was two pieces of junk plastic worth a total of ten cents that did absolutely nothing! Pictures included tell it all.

I saw the ad on Facebook, then went through Paypal to order. When I received the package, it had been wrapped in a white piece of plastic, and the boxes had been crushed due to postal handling. I opened it, noticed right away that it was not the same thing. Tried it out anyway by putting my own batteries in it. It did nothing! Batteries, charger, adapter, filter, remote and users manual were not included at all!

I then reported back to the company and the email address was changed. So, I went to Paypal to get my money back. Paypal came back and said that the company said that if I return the items in satisfactory condition, they will refund my money.

I did not receive it in satisfactory condition! I took it to the post office and was told it would cost $55. to return it to China.

We already know this company is a scam artist. So, why would we take their word on anything anymore?  If I were to return this, I would be down $145.00.  Paypal stands on their word of me having to return this to get my refund. How does that make sense? 

I have lost all faith and respect in Facebook and Paypal! And am down $90.00 with two pieces of plastic junk sitting in my house. How do I get a refund? 

Please do not fall for this scam!
