GREETINGS

The purpose of this posting is to educate Municipalities, Potential Buyers and Sellers of the deceptive and illegal practices of Allyn Auction Company, Inc.

This post was formed by the author's personal experience, and actual court documents and other public records and was not created solely for the purpose of defaming anyone, company contained herein.

As a Municipal Officer authorized to served both Criminal and Civil Process,(Constable) I feel that it my duty to educate potential clients, including potential Municipalities, Buyers and Sellers on Allyn Auction Company, Inc. by exercising my 1st amendment right and presenting the following facts:

I am a former employee of Allyn Auction Company, Inc. and now a Constable in the City of Lynn, Massachusetts. U.S.A.

I worked as an Operations Manager from 2004-2005 for Allyn Auction Company, Inc. including their affiliate Company, Charity Auction Foundation.

In December of 2005, the owner of the company, in an attempt to defraud me by avoid paying my wages, stated to me that during the last two weeks, "I was late and not organized and that I will not be paid."

I later found out that the company has a history of this and similiar offenses with other employees and contractors in the past.

Recent Cases for 2005-2006 involve:

Larceny By Check over $250
Salem District Court
12-05-2006

Mishandling of Auction Clients funds
Essex Superior Court Case # ESCV2006-0131
Mona G. Doss vs. Allyn Auction Company
04-07-2006

RECENT DECEPTIVE AUCTION PRACTICES WHICH DEFRAUDED BOTH BUYERS AND SELLERS INCLUDE:

(1)
Employing individuals as cappers for the purpose of bidding up the price of goods with bona fide bidders for the purpose of encouraging bona fide bidders to purchase as in the City of Lynn Auction held at Lynn City Hall in April 2004. Other deceptive acts were reported in the Lynn Item Newspaper, April 2005.

(2)
Disposition of goods at auction without first exhibiting to prospective bidders all such goods.
Eg. City of Haverhill Auction held at the Haverhill City Hall in 2005; where one parcel of land was removed and sold to a private (abutter) bidder prior to the auction without notice to the public.

PAST ADVERSE ACTION AGAINST ALLYN AUCTION COMPANY INCLUDE:

Termination of an Auction Contract by Bruce Mc Donald of The Greater Lynn YMCA for deceptive advertising practices.

Further violations after the termination of the contract relationship went on to include:
Soliciting Charitable Donations on behalf of the Greater Lynn YMCA even though the contract was terminated between this company and the Greater Lynn YMCA.

Other Deceptive advertising practices include..
The listing of an outdated picture on their website implying that a corporate office exist in Salem, MA, when in fact no such office exists.
http://www.allynauction.com/allyn_auction_team.asp

The creation of phony positions and titles that do not exist by using the names of former independent contractors.

Example:
Jackie A. Meuse, their named "Vice President" is a former contractor.

There are currently no other people involved as thier "Vice President" or "Director of IT Operations" or "Executive Assistant" as shown on the Mass. States Corporate Listing.

You have left me with no choice but to follow my attorneys advice and go to the DA's office.

This will result in a long period of legal maneuvering. The Salem case is going on a year now and he still hasn't seen his money. It will then move to a civil matter.

You are such an unrealistic a*****e.

I HAVE SCHEDULED TO MEET WITH DETECTIVE KEN ESTIS WITH THE LYNN PD TOMORROW @ 11:00AM.

God Bless You!

Greetings:

It is not my intent to willfully tarnish the reputation of the businesses and/or their owners, and my actions and/or statements do no represent other Constables or Law Enforcement Departments.

It is customary for all levels of Law Enforcement to warn the general public about Potentially Dangerous Criminals, Scams etc. by reporting verified facts in an unbiased manner.

Examples are:
FBI FBI Most Terrorists, top 10 fugitives, advice on Internet Fraud & Scams
Massachusetts State Police Massachusetts Most Wanted etc
Lynn Police Department Lynn Most Wanted and advice on ATM Scams etc.

As a Constable & Victim of fraud by this business, this places me in an awkward position, and this post may be considered unprofessional by some. However, I feel that it is my duty to educate the public as stated in my initial post.

A home is usually a person's most valuable asset. If an individual wants to buy or sell real estate via an auction, large financial transactions should be handled by a reputable qualified licensed & bonded establishment where principals have no history of deceptive practices to minimize personal liability.

As a consumer, before doing business with any establishment, you should ask questions on the establishment's past experience, ask for references, check the Better Business Bureau & Attorney General's Office, and Court Records which are all public records available to anyone by law.

Simply being in business for a considerable amount of time doesn't necessarily mean that an establishment is reputable.

During my employment there as an Employee, a Former Client lost over $50,000 of their funds because of deceit and misrepresentation by this establishment as illustrated in Essex Superior Court Case # ESCV2006-0131.

I would rather face losing my Appointment as a Constable for being unprofessional than stand by and watch innocent consumers lose thousands of dollars without being armed with the necessary information to develop a full picture of the background of this establishment.

Vernon,

I need to meet with you to discuss a settlement and the rip-off statement.

If we do not come to an agreement and resolution by the end of business on Monday I am going to the DA's office, on Tuesday morning, upon Lisa Mcgloin's suggestion two weeks ago.

I will bring criminal charges of slander, extortion and felony theft. Myself and others are confident of your conviction and jail time. I have already met with the Prosecutor for Nahant , Lieutenant Tom Hutton on several occasions. In fact, he was at my office yesterday @2:00PM. If you do not believe me you can ask Lisa she knows him well too.

I will also seek a restraining order for me. Penny will seek one for herself and daughter as well.

This she is very good at because she got one two weeks ago against someone she hasn't seen in a year and a half. She managed to get a PERMANENT restraining order form the Lynn Court. She has PEOPLE she knows there as well.

Tampering with my livelihood as you have been doing is illegal. You may think you have nothing to lose. But, you are forgetting about your freedom.

You must remove ripp-off or have a plausible plan by Monday, you must discontinue your unnecessary destructive actions, you must be available for Lisa or I to contact you.

Contact me or Lisa ASAP to settle this ripp-off and I can settle with you as well. Communication must take place between now and end of business on Monday, May 1st. You must have removed or have a viable solution to remove the ripp-off by the end of business on Monday and we can settle payment.
