This is the most unprofessional company I've done business with. They have failed to fulfill the contractual obligations defined in the We Owe agreement signed at the time of purchase.

Each call to request follow up either goes to voicemail or someone stating they'll call us back.

Guess what - they never call back.

Reflecting on the sales process, the personnel were sloppy. When credit was pulled for financing, they made 4 separate inquiries when it is standard for dealerships to make 1 inquiry. We have excellent credit, so this was not a result of anything on our end. As most people know, excessive inquiries can decrease ones credit score.

Lastly, we requested to transfer our license plate (specialty tag) to our new car. ALM messed up that process too. We are getting a standard plate and the Dept of Motor Vehicles says we have to come in and fill out paperwork plus pay a fee to reinstate our vanity plate.

Avoid ALM. It simply is not worth this hassle.
