Complaint Review: Almost Anithing

I found this company on www.surplus.net where this company listed a wholesale shelf-pull cosmetics lot for sale. The total price was $3,200. After negotiation the company cut down the price to $3,000. This company asked me to wire transfer them $3,000 to M.F. Green (Acct # 0309643675, ABA# 122000661, Swift Code: BOFAUS3N, Bank of America, Bank # 1-800-900-9000 at 4100 Lankershim, North Hollywod, CA 91601). I wired the $3,000 to their account on (9/15/06). The company told me I should receive the merchandise in 5 to 8 business days. 10 days passed, nothing was received. So I called them again, they told me there was some delay and I should be expecting the merchandise soon. The company even gave me a fake DHL waybill number to track the shipment. I called DHL and was told that the waybill number was illegitimate. I called again, the sales manager "Camile Young" (later I found out this is fake name too) told me they would refund my $3,000. Until today (10/11/06), no money was refunded. Now they don't answer my phone calls. They don't reply my email. If you are thinking about doing business with them, don't do it!! $3,000 is a lot of money!! I want my money back!!!
