I purchased a ring on August 11 2008, I received the ring promptly. However, the ring setting was crooked. I emailed for a Return Authorization Number and received that promptly. I returned the ring via USPS with tracking provided and received confirmation that it was delivered on August 20 2008 at 10:23 am.

The company has refused to return neither my 6 phone calls nor my 1 email regarding the return of my money. I am writing this report today September 22 2008. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company that I purchased the ring with. They have been very helpful however, Almost Diamonds has not responded to their request for information regarding this matter either.

The company has posted on the web site that they have a "30-Day Money Back Guarantee". Again, it is September 22 and I still have had no response from them nor have they given a refund or attempted to contact me for resolution.

I will continue to be diligent in filing complaints regarding this company. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, ifraud.com, my states Consumer Protection as well as the state of California and my local Department of Justice. I urge everyone that has a situation like mine with this company to do the same.

I have noticed on other Rip-Off reports for this company that someone from the company has made responses to the complaints. So my position at this time is if you are from the company and you choose to respond do so by: Returning what is mine, Stop Ripping people off or "letting them fall between the cracks", be a respectful company with good customer service skills and do the right thing not just for me but for your past and future customers.

By doing these few things your company will continue to grow, you will prosper, and I will stop filing complaints and will go away.
