Almost Diamonds Item not shipped, my credit card was charged and phone calls not being returned Cathedral City California
I had inherited a ring that my was my grandmothers, my best friend and the most wonderful woman you would ever meet. It was costume jewelry, but beautiful in my eyes. During a horrible divorce and move, I could no longer find the ring. Although I will not ever be able to accept it as lost, I searched everywhere to find a ring that was similar. I finally found it on Almost Diamond's website. I ordered the ring! I couldn't wait for it to arrive. My credit card was charged but the ring never shipped. I have tried calling and even sent an email to refund my credit card and cancel the order. I get NO return phone calls and every time I call, no matter what time of day, the recording says the office is closed. I am heartbroken and ripped off altogether.
