Complaint Review: Alnco Transport

I worked for ALNCO Trucking for almost two years. I would have left much sooner. But their verbal and physical manipulation beat my spirit down so much that I was somehow too weak to leave and also they threatened me that if i quit, they would write such a bad driver activity report (DAC Report) that no one would ever hire me.

I am not the only person that they treated this way. The owner, a short little alcoholic named Art is the most verbally abusive human being I have ever met.  They make you drive between 18 and 23 hours a day. Often with little or no sleep. Then, no matter how hard you work you become the victim of his unjustified tirades. His wife is no better.

These people need to have their operation shut down. They are a disgrace to the trucking industry. They have no real Safety department and no mechanics at their garage. Drivers are routinely sent out with trucks  in unsafe conditions. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL GET WRAPPED UP IN THEIR TRAP.
