Complaint Review: Aloha Restoration and Construction

My name is Robert Black and I am the owner of Aloha Restoration & Construction Co. There was a statement made on 04/30/2112 regarding myself, my employees and most of all my company. I am writing this to say that everything this person stated is false and I can prove it.

This person states that there was a fire at their home in Marysville, Wa. It seem to happen on or about christmas of 2011. This person goes on to say I asked for $50k for a deposit and went a week trip after that and I left them in a hotel.  Then it  just continues to try and destory me and my company.
 This is the truth and I can back it up 100%.

First, this person states there was a fire at their home and that I worked on it. I have not worked on any job including a fire job in Marysville or surrounding cities for over 3- years. My records will clearly show that. I have been in the construction business for 20 yrs. now and have records of all jobs that went through my company. This person states and by the way he stated that I got a $50k deposit and went on a vacation for a week around Christmas. In Dec 2011, I started a Large Fire loss in Lynnwood, Wa. and we are still there finishing it to this date.

I did go back home for a "Memorial" because of a death in my family for a week but that was middle of April 2012 not December 2011 as this person said . I did not leave this state all of 2011. This person states that my employees reported to work at 3 and left at 4:30 - 5PM. He also stated that the "Old Lady " across the street was watching. Then he states " Got to love old ladies" There is no old lady because there was not fire. As for a deposit of that size would mean the job was a large loss and that the insurance company would be involved. On any claim or jobs of any size, this person would of signed my contracts for said job. If there was a contract signed with my company, this person forgot to mention that I am named on all Structual Insurance Checks for a job of that size and that no insurance company is going to just give away $50k without knowing who that money is going to. So why would I ask for 50K. Then by the time I would of started the said job, the insurance company would have all my information as well to contact me if there was such a problem. I never got a call from no one.

Then as for the house being in Marysville, all contractors know for a fact that if any home in Marysville, Wa. ever had a fire, that the Fire Department sends a report directly to the City Of Marysville and they follow up on it as soon as they get it. Anyone can check, there was no report of a fire from this said persons home. Then if I did the job, I would of had to have a Pre-Inspection walk thru with the City of Marysville building inspector Micheal Snoot which is their number one requirement on ALL FIRES to insure that all electrical, plumbing, framing etc is all up to current building and safety codes. This is done on every fire in this town. There was no said inspection because again there was no said fire. Then this person states that I came all upset because he was putting lights up and painting. He states the house was in bad shape due to smoke and they wanted to paint and put up lights? This is where this person made a big mistake. When you have a bad fire as this person states in any city, the First Thing this city or any city will do is "DIS-CONNECT" your electrical from the house as a safety issue to prevent another a new fire from starting again because of bad wiring. Then they mentioned paint. If this house had that much smoke, all the Drywall would of been removed by then and how or what would they have painted and why would they be in a house that badly damaged by smoke to paint and put up lights. THATS CRAZY!
I have never ever treated a client like this in all my years in business and never would. I run a small honest family business. If I was as bad as this person said I am, I would of never lasted this long in business. I always treat my clients with the upmost respect. I take being accused like this very seriously and I am not going to just let it go. I have contacted my attorney for advise and contacted the Mariposa Superior Court in Arizona where this company "Rip Off Report" is located to file a court order per the instruction that "Rip Off Reports" say to do in order to get to the name of this person who said such bad and wrong things about myself, employees, and most of all my company.

So I am doing what I need to do to clear myself of all wrong doing and this accusation. Then at the end of this person statement they say " I hope to see him some day" I am not hiding. First of all if there was a fire as they said happened and I was involved, the first thing I do is give my clients one of my Bisiness Cards. On my cards it has all my information with phone number, address and my " Contractors License Number". I am listed on the Internet with all that information. This person never called my Bond Company nor did they call my Laibility Insurance Company to file a claim or a complaint. If this was done I would of been called about it. In all my years of business and you can check, i never paid out for any claim against my company never! I have a clean record. If I  had such a bad time with any contractor, the first place I would call would be Dept. Of Labor & Industries(425) 290-1300 and file a complaint. There is no said complaint. I would of filed one with the Washington State Attorney Office. There is no said complaint.

So, as you the the public can see and I hope you agree, that this is a False Claim against myself  and business and If you call any of the offices that I mentioned you will see I am telling the truth. I want to thank "Rip Off Report" for letting me know about this issue and I wish there was a company like "Rip Off Report" that I could use for people like this person or persons  so I can put their names out there and let the world see  and let these people  see how it feels when it happens to them. But please rest a sure, it may take time but like this person stated  " Karma" and to me that means "what goes around comes around".
