Complaint Review: Alonti International - Paulo Frattini President/CEO Boss - Executive Group Inc. - Aiden Taylor

Alonti International Inc., is the front name of this company that when goggled looks legit. After receiving a job match from Career Builders.Com, I submitted my resume to Alonti International Inc. Within a couple of days I received a phone call from someone name Tim stating he was from Alonti International (I do have this message saved on my phone.) He scheduled my interview but was vague as to who I would actually interview with.

I also received a email from Aiden Taylor, Alonti International Inc.,@gmail.com who sent congrat's that I was considered for employment asked that I call to schedule an interview with his Directing Manager, still no name. I replied I had spoken with Tim and looked forward to my meeting. Once inside Alonti International Inc., Ste. 190 is Boss Executive Group Inc., apparently an advertisement company. I was greeted by two receptionist; Linsey and Shawn.

Shawn had a very fussy baby in her hands and Linsey told me to sign in. The sign-in sheet had names stating the time of appointment and arrival and who we were meeting. All signatures were oddly meeting with Linsey. So I too complied. I was also handed a one page application that requested my social security number. I finally met with the man behind the glass doors who appeared to be conducting these interviews.

I was soon pitched as to how wonderful this 20 year old company was expanding so rapidly it has become the largest growing company in Michigan and they were in search of the right candidates for employment. Once I responded yes to all the questions asked, I was invited back for a tour of the entire company to spend the day training for the positions offered. Alonti International however was no longer mentioned.

I was excited thinking I may have just landed the perfect job, yet I really had no ideal what postion I was being offered. At the end of our meeting I was handed this business card. "Mr. Paulo Frattini President/CEO, paulobossadv@aol.com, www.bossexc.net." I soon checked out the webb site and was very disappointed to learn FRAUD all over it.
