I contacted this company to purchase a puppy. The puppy was not born yet so we discussed how much the dog would be and when the puppy was suppose to be born. They were suppose to be born on December 5th 2014 I think they were born on December 4th 2014 I could be wrong. I was looking for a boy which is $1500. I could put a $500 deposit down. But I did not at that time. A few weeks later  admin contacted me to see if I was still interested and I was.  So I decided on December 18th 2014 to put a down payment down.  I put $950 down on the dog.  Was later contacted saying that they do not except down payments thati need to make full payment or I could be issued a refund. I told them when I get the puppy I will pay the other $550 they said no I could not do that.  I said fine give need a refund.  Than I sent another email asking them why they wouldn't except the cash. They sent me an email stating fine we will take the cash we are delivering a puppy to state line we could deliver to you and save you 6 hours.  I said that is fine and gave my address. As me and my husband sit her we discussed it and things just didn't seem right so I contacted the company and said we have decided we no longer want the puppy any more if she could send us a refund.  They sent an email back and said I signed a contract and on that contact said no refunds on live animals.  I told admin I never signed a contract. They said yes you did. I told them you just sent message a few weeks ago saying that you would give me a refund.  I said well I filled a claim with paypal.  They said shamed on you that will take weeks for paypal to figure out. I said well than just send me the refund and save us the hassel.  They said no hassel for me guess we will let paypal work on it I'm blocking you so no more emails contact me through paypal.  And that's it. So I filled a claim through paypal.  Im filing a claim through better business Bureau. And I'm contacting lv metro. Not sure what else I can do so beware of this company. Its my understanding they sell other dogs as well.  wolfhuskypups.com  alotofbull.com

First let me say that before any customer can place a deposit or payment on any of our puppies they must complete the application, which this buyer did. In the application they must read and agree to our rules, including no refunds. Next We told this buyer from the beginning that the deposit can only hold the puppy for a few weeks and at that time the baby would have to be paid in full. This buyer waited for weeks before letting us know she didnt have the money and wanted to keep stringing us along with excuses. I told her that we could transfer her deposit to a future litter to give her more time to come up wtih the money. She instead became very rude and treatening. She then filed a false claim with PayPal filled with lies about how she didnt receive her item yet. Of coarse she didnt receive the baby, she didnt pay for it! We have made many families happy with our gorgeous low cost English Bulldog puppies, and I am glad that one of our much loved babies didnt go to this home after seeing how this woman really acts.
