ALOVIET/ AloVietPinless Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen, a MC, spokesperson for this company been using the phone service to Vietnam few years back, i kept recharging my account since there was any Wednesday promotion, customers got 20% off or extra minutes, so my account balance wasnt under $200 San Jose California
I have been their customer for few years. The service was ok till today, since i didnt make any phone call back to VN recently. When I tried today, none of the phones was working, their customer service number was out of service too. I sensed something fishy here.
The reason i have been a customer with this company because they have Ms Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen, a well known MC in our Viet community, as their own spokeperson and their face. So i kept recharging my account evrytime they have big promotions, such as Wednesday, or Viet New Year, or Xmas....etc..
Now I dunt know where to to contact them in order to have my money refunded...I understand every business has some problem but dunt just MIA for no reason with your customers money...that is a FRAUD and SCAM...
