ALP Restoration All Leak Plumbing and Restoration, Formerly known as Express Plumbing Property damage, incomplete job, stole my Dana Point, CA
BEWARE!! These guys are lying thieves! Unskilled, lazy, rude employees. Hired this sham of a company to fix a minor leak,. Not only did they not complete the job, but they caused more damage! It ended up costing me almost double because I had to pay another contractor to come out and fix the leak AND the damage caused by the inept, moron from ALP Restoration. He said his name was Chad and that he is one of the owners of the company with "years of experience". I asked for his business card which he did not have, so I asked for his contractors license number and he said he would get back to me with it, which he never did. When I tried to contact the company and reached yet another "owner" named Tim. He said he would talk to his employee to find out what was going on and would call me back. Not surprisingly, he never called back and has been ducking my calls since. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT HIRE THESE CON ARTIST!!
