Over 2 months ago I found this website http://www.freensfcollections.com/prepaid_visa_order.htm )that offers a pre-paid mastercard that you can use to have checks direct deposited into your acct and many other nice features. Sounds good right?

Well, I mailed in all the information plus my $25 deposit, and a couple weeks later I recieve this lame "gift" card that can only be used in ATM's and not online or anywhere else except stores that take ATM cards for purchases. I got this letter along with the card saying their mastercards were still in the printing process and to call them back and ask for an "upgrade" form. I did that twice, and to this day have never recieved anything from them, except an email (that I can't reply to because it keeps bouncing back to me) saying to call and ask for the upgrade form. I have called them about 10 more times, and NOBODY will call me back.

Their phone number ( 281-855-9416 ) is some lame voice mail system that you CANNOT reach a live person at. I looked at ( http://www.freensfcollections.com ) and reached another man's voicemail and left a message, but haven't heard anything back from them yet either. I don't even know if they're directly associated with these other people or not. It seems that this place uses affiliates to sell their cards, and they do not have any quality control measures in place to see that they're actually doing their job.

In addition, I asked many many questions about the card, and they were NOT addressed in the email that I recieved back from them. I also looked at their site, and NOW they have it saying that they send you the mastercard within 5-10 days of recieving your application, documentation, and deposit, but does NOT mention anything about an upgrade form...PLUS the deposit was reduced from $24.95 to $19.95. What is going on here people???

If they do not deliver the goods as promised, if there are any additional fees in getting this card, or if my $25 is not returned, I will report them to the proper authorities for fraud and/or false advertising.

I will post more information here if I ever hear anything back from them.

I contacted them last week, but they allow the company 14 days to respond after sending out a letter, so I have yet to hear from them yet. Should hear from them soon and will keep things updated.

The address listed is a PO Box in Conroe. The phone number is a Cypress, TX exchange. The address in Cypress, TX is also a PO Box. You migh have better luck contacting the US attorney or the Texas Attorney General. GOOD LUCK!

Another One Of Their Scams

These people including Chuck White (the major scam artist) are nothing more that crooks that take your money and laugh behind your back. You are not the first to be taken in by their little group. Since you paid your money and you did receive something in the mail, you can file a complaint with the US Postal Insppector. It is a felony to use the US mail system for fraudulent purposes. I really don't think most of the people involved really know how Chuck white really is. He seems to be pretty good and making uninformed people believe that he walks on water. He always tells people how honest he is but trusts nobody. Make it known to the US Postal inspectors and contact everyone else that has been hurt by this crook to do the same. He and all of his associates can't do much from behind bars.
