I bought a new phone and a quickcell screen protector on December 15 2016 from the 110 Wireless Ambitions Inc 67800 Mall Rd Unit #9012K St Clairsville, OH 43953-1796. The salesperson put this protector on for me and then on the 29th it became damaged. I called for warranty service and was told that it's not covered once it is damaged or broken. I thought that is why you get a warranty to begin with. This is a ripoff in my opinion. This policy needs to be changed.
