Was promised a credit card with a $2500 limit. Did not receive, instead we receive a book telling how to get a credit card and a credit situation. I sent all material back as told and they received it at the mailbox. We were told that a refund would be issued. The refund did not get it to be used for Christmas. Our thirtieth day was Dec.16 so I call to see and was told that she was not there.

Alpha Credit contacted me about an unsecured visa card they drafted my checking account for 299.00 never received credit card and when calling number provided was informed that they are a fraudulent company have filed information with state attorney generals office and am waiting
