Alpha Laser company contacted us from New Jersey to perform some laser printer service work for them at a location in Richmond, VA. We agreed on a discounted price and they sent us the information on their customer so we could drive to the customer and perform the service work, not once but twice. The customer which was (IAAI) Insurance Auto Auctions signed the service order showing they were happy with the work performed.
All service work was performed as agreed and they verified it with the customer. We sent them separate invoices for each call performed totalling $158.00. for both calls, which was about 20 miles from our office.
We called them on several occasions to inquire about payment. They would respond each time that the check was being processed. After many phone calls and emails to them we finally realized they had no intentions of paying us for the service work we performed for them.
If this company calls you to perform service for them in your area stay clear they will not pay you.
