Complaint Review: Alpha Products International - X-treme Scooters

My wife and I ordered 2 X-treme 360 scooters from Alpha for our sons as Christmas gifts. Both scooters arrived with broken, smashed and missing parts.
We conatacted the company to report the damages and that we wanted replacements sent to us fortwith because these were just not acceptable.

I too had the pleasure to speak with Gary who has the personality of a turd. He was rude, obnoxious and tried to dance his way around the entire problem by saying it wasn't thier fault. We paid $400.00 for 2 scooters, I should be able to take them from the box, assemble them and put them under the Christmas tree, not go through the hassle I am going through. Michael calls them scam artists in his post, they are and much worse which I probably can't post here because of the language.

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Iowa and filed a dispute with my credit card company. These people have to be stopped, they are severely taking advantage of the American consumer. If anyone is reading this post, do not purchase anything from this company, because in the end, you too will be ripped-off.
