I ordered this scooter through a motorsports company who then ordered the scooter to my address. The X-560 arrived in an obviously damaged box. I opened the box and found a torn open bag which originally contained the charger and manual. I found the manual and "greasy" manual, along with other parts, lying loose in bottom of box.

I called the company and explained my finding and advised them that this thing appears to be a return. They said I'm wrong and to just put the thing together although they would mail a new charger. Later, I took the scooter out and found scratches, missing paint, missing screws, etc. I called the company several times and they transfer me to a voicemail which hangs up on me.

After numerous calls, I finally got hold of someone, besides the secretary, and they said that it's my fault for not reading their return policy, which is "no returns, no refunds, no exchanges" and "well, what do you expect. It comes from China". So they're sending me a bunch of parts which I am to put on and in no way can I bill them for the labor. What a bunch of crap. My hard earned money sent to them in good faith for a new scooter. They send me a box of used junk and tell me to live with it, and another box of used junk on the way for me to pay someone to replace. PLEASE don't spend your money on this scooter. I have never seen customer service like this before.
