Alpha Tech Supply No names given only Rep. 557 Sent an Toner Cartridge and was not ordered....We do not even have a Hewlett Packard Palmdale California
We received a phone call about ordering toner for our copier, I told them not interested and within the next few days we received a box of toner for a Hewlett Packard Copier and we do not even own one. Then they sent us a bill for $717.78 for the toner...I have sent i back to them and I am waiting to see if I get a response. What a farce they are to call a business and after they are told no then we receive the toner and at $717.78 for one cartridge.
Item # was HPQ2612A, Hewlett Packard Laser Jet 1012. They did ask me the Copier number. I told them but did not give them permission to send it.
