Alphacraze Ripoff Scam Artists Did not send order, Charged card no product consumer fraud ripoff Sandy Hook Connecticut
Alphacraze never shipped order. Charged my CC, but never sent video tapes. After researching more on the internet, I found that NUMEROUS people (and as the other consumer said - even HUNDREDS) have been ripped off by this company. I am shocked that Amazon would allow this company to do business through their site. VERY bad business for Amazon. I disputed the charge through my bank and they are going to refund my money within 5-7 days. I am also going to report this company to the FBI's Fraud Division.

I have done business with alphacraze for almost 3 years. I have yet to run across any problems. I have also turned several people onto this company. None of which that I know of has had any problems. I find hard to get and foriegn titles for great prices. The shipping does sometimes take up to 5 weeks, but they have been real helpful when ever I have had concerns on a shipment. Working for a video rental company, it is nice to find a place that sells videos at a low price and has a large selection. Most often it was cheaper to go through them than it was to go through the store that I work for. I am aware however, that if an order of 2 or more is placed and one is currently back ordered, that a shipment will not be sent if the backordered movie is scheduled to be in within 3 months(give or take a few weeks). I myself have probably ordered 125 movies/music cd's for myself or various other people. I have had only one backorder, and when they did charge me for it I wondered, however as soon as I cancelled my backorder, the money was re deposited back to my card with now problems. I would still send business their way and continue to do busness with them in the future.
