Matt Merchant of Alphagen Technology and Convertible Solutions lies and tells great stories about he almost magical products. But in several cases there is not actual product and in other cases the product does not work as promised.
Matt Merchant tells these lies so he can collect large fees from the customer, sometimes ranging into the MILLIONS of dollars. His activities seem to be the very definition of fraud. His lies and misrepresentations have taken significant money from many people and given them nothing in return.
Matt Merchant and Alphagen Technology owes me $72,000. Clarke is owed over $80,000, Ed is owed over $100,000 and Peter is owed over $400,000. The list of people that Matt Merchant falsely took money from goes on and on.
Alphagen Technology and Convertible Structure has both been used to perpetrate this frauds.

I have been working with Matt Merchant on several projects and testing as well as products that are being used today. Whoever is spreading these lies about him have nothing to back up there claims. If they do they should make it available like all valid Rip Off Reports. What Matt has is one of the coolest and incredible products out in the market today. I worked with his nano technology, housing, panels and flooring and all hold up in incredible fashion. His Spray coating is so strong that I have not seen anything in need of maintenence for years and these things are in a highly corrosive environment. I couldn't be happier with Matt Merchant and Alphagen Materials
