AlphaOutdoors Purchased a windproof jacket
Purchased a jacket I had seen advertised on Instagram. The website, when purchasing, did not metion the sizes listed were Asian sizes vs American sizes (the FAQ's told me there were a difference). The size I ordered was too small. The packaging had no information on how to return merchandise so I emailed the company to request return information per the FAQ's - "If you would like to make a return request please email us with your order number (as qouted in the Subject line of your Order Update email) and the item(s) that you would like to return.
One of our friendly customer care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!" Please note - my "Order Update email" did NOT contain ANY order number in the subject line. I have sent multiple emails to request return instructions from one of their "friendly customer care team" and heve NEVER heard a word back from them.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - I NOW OWN A JACKET I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO WEAR AND AM OUT MY MONEY.
