Alpharooms.com demained 1.900 more for a hotelroom that we had paid for,they said they got the price wrong Sheffield, england
we booked a family holiday room with alfharooms.com,then before we went a head and booked the flights we checked with them that the room was booked, they said everything was booked and their was nothing to worry about, they sent a email comformation, then about a month later they sent us another email asking for 1900 on top off the price we agreed to as they said due to an error made in the booking process even though they assured 3 times that everything was good to go we are devastated by this and we are seeking legal advice
