I purchased some equipment and had the company hold it for 2 months. I was told they would give me a refund if I didn't do the purchase, so I signed the invoice. Then I couldn't get the equipment and now they spent my deposit and can't give me a refund till they sell the equipment. I've waited 3 months now.

He lied to me, used my deposit money and told me after the fact that he didn't have it right now to pay me back.
I found out the man portraying to be an owner is not even an employee. He's just the owner's son and is using the company name to make a profitable income for himself. What can I do ?
