They charged me $85 to press a button on my laptop that turns the touch mouse on or off. They simply pressed the button and told me that it was a configuration issue. It happened again and I brought it back. They charged me the $85 again! I later found out from my friend that I was simply pressing the button to turn off or on. I am 74 years old and I feel stupid. I have been getting fixes from them for over 20 years. ALS is bad.
