Complaint Review: Als pizza

There has been a series of times that I have been a witness of descrimination at this place with the same manager johnny at the als pizza on phillips highway. not only have I heard racial comments toward employees in forms of jokes of course but also seen him gettin drunk on the job with male employees then to start of with his descrimination and having employees workin harder do to his lack of proffecionalisim. earlier today I heard a customer approach him and ask him why is he treating her friend sayin that he will fire her if she came into als and his response was that if I cant drink no more on the job and somebody ratted me out. no one can have friends come over and its just u that cant come .the conversation continued on till the customer sayed if we have to take this in a legal matter I will and left. this guy needs to be out before he getts all of als closed.
