Alstrasoft.Com John Goh Kaiwei Duped on non functional script and website California Internet
After going though the website of alstrasoft.com and all the good pictures and promises on the site, we decided to engage them on their online escrow script and asked them to fully customize it to our design and features. For all these they charged and collected $1,100 from us which we paid in full before they agreed to commence work. The contact person from Alstrasoft was one John Goh Kaiwei
But to our dismay, after collecting the funds they, Alstrasoft and John Goh Kaiwei, put up a scrap website that is not functioning and abandoned the project. For well over one year we have sent several emails and made phone calls with no response. The so-called website is non functional and does not in any way behave like an escow site. The pages return 404 messages and are disjointed while the paypal and 2checkout are not working. You cannot use it for anything and is a total junk.

All the above are mere lies and deceit meant to con the unsuspecting members of the public. We fell for this con and they duped us and have refused responding to all our mails and calls to them. We went a step further by posting our complaint on their facebook which they have removed. It was not until we did a did a google search that we discovered that this is their stock in trade and that they have duped several people like this and offered non functional scripts that are nothing but scrap.
We have asked them to refund our $1,100 which we paid as their products are not working. all efforts to reach them have remained abortive as both Alstrasoft and the so-called John Goh Kaiwei are seemingly incommunicado. They get all the mails but feign non existence. They claim to be in the United States while other sources place them as being in Malaysia. Thus, these Alstrasoft and John Goh Kaiwei are simply palying on people and conning them of their hard earned funds. Total ripoff.
Please, ripoff, can you help us get these dupes.
