but my story happened now, 2009, in Munich August 21st, in a normal street, good neighbourhood, a guy very well dressed, very friendly first asks me for the way to the swiss boarder, Lindau. I couldn't help him. Then he parks a few meters ahead and explains his embarrassing sitaution, that he comes from a textile expo as sales manager and now is only allowed to bring 16 out of 20 suits to Switzerland otherwise they'd charge him very high taxes/duties. So he offered to give me 4 suits of fine Italian garment SARTORIA ITALIANA GF for the price of one , 800 EUR to get rid of them. They fit my size and feel, look like very good quality.

I trusted the story too much, but wrote down his hired car number plate and made a copy of his passport (probably fake) so will see what I'll do. The other end of the phone number obviously sounds like the guy but says I must be mistaken ;).

I paid 690 EUR for 4 suits and a few shirts, obviously feeling embarrased about my naivity, will find out about the quality once bringing to th dry cleaner. So far it looks and feels ok.

Anyway the same brand GF can be found on ebay for 100 EUR !!!! a suit super 120 textile. Same as mine.

So, as this guy is originally from Napoli, maybe its a worldwide organization. The thing is that the guy is a great sales man and looks trustworthy despite the strange street vending situation.
