I did a cross over with return letstalk. They mailed me a new phone, told me to mail back my other phone within 5 days after receiving my new phone. They were going to mail me a pre paid fedex lable and they did. I packaged the phone with all manuals, batteries.and charger sealed the boxs put the lable on it, dropped it into a fedex drop box and off it went.
When I called to find out why I had not been reinburst they could not answer me they wanted to research it. 2 days later I called back and was told they did not send labels by mail. So I asked them why My e-mail said they did,and why did I receive one with my phone needles to say, they say they did't get the phone so no money back, and no phone.

I think my title says it all. You are dealing with a totally unrelated company called Let's Talk...so why are you issuing a complaint against Alltel?
