Complaint Review: alternative finanical services

We needed a loan really bad. our hot water heater started leaking and we wanted to pay off a few bills and just have one payment. so we recieved an email from this shirly phillips of alternative financial services. we could get out loan and make payments. we contacted her and she set it up were we would send 655.00 for insurance and then the borrowers thought that it wasnt enough so we send 340.00 more. and then when the money didnt deposit in our account we started calling mrs phillips. she told us that fridays were there busest day. that it would go in our account be for 12 am. so here we are monday and still no money. our bills cant be paid. we will loose our house and no water heater. that woman should be put under the jail. along with anyone else that is helping her. dont ever open one of her emails she is a lier and a fake. i wish i would had seen this befor we sent all our money. thank you to those who have reported this. and i hope no one else sends these so call people money,
