No experience what so ever. I had a wasp problem in my place. They came three times and couldn't find a solution.
I asked another company and solved the problem with one spray. When called to cancel and express my frustration, which motivated me to cancel the contract with them, they still charge me cancellation fee of $160 dollars.
Be aware, don't fall into the trap.
