Complaint Review: Alton Wayne Bullock Jr. - Child Support Enforcement In Henry County Georgia

I have a child with Alton Wayne Bullock Jr. aka Wayne or Tripp. She was born in July of 1999.

In March of 2001 I got a court order for child support through Child Support Enforcement (CSE). Wayne paid for the first year. After that he up and moved.

I am owed over 12,000 dollars in back child support. The way the system is it protects him. Which is bull. CSE claim they can't find him. But this isn't my issue with the system.

My issue is that there is a court order for child support and he isn't paying. So therefore he is in contempt of a court order. They won't issue a contempt of a court order warrant on him because they say they have to be able to serve him paper so they need a valid address.

So I was told by them that if I wanted a warrant out on him that I could go file an abandonment warrant. Well thats a bunch of bull also.

To get an abandonment warrant on him I can't have an open case with CSE and I have to have a valid address. First of all how am I suppose to have a valid address on someone who up and left their child. Second why do you have to close your CSE case to get a warrant.

Now do you see what I mean by the sytem is protecting him. As long as he stays gone he will never have get caught. The system suppose to be working for my daughter but instead they are working for him since they can't do anything.
