ALTURA HOMES Failure To Uphold Warranty and Follow through on warranty work Rockwall Texas
I have been told by Goodman that the warranty on our AC unit was voided due to improper install. Builder only makes empty promises or speaks verbally harsh at attempt to get me to walk away.
I am cusious if there are others out there such as our family.
We thought we were starting a wonderful new life in Forney, TX in our new Altura home only to find out we were ripped off due to an improper install.
We are asking builder to accept responsibility.
Justin does not return calls.
Kerry is verbally harsh and brings me to tears everytime I report this issue.
