Alucia Said it was a "free"sample but actually entered into a trial and it was not free. When I canceled I only got a 30 % refund as they said it was not a sample but the full product. I had an allergic reaction and offered to return unused portion. They said they can not accept open products. So nothing is free about this at all and it is no trail. You are scammed and not a d**n thing is done about it as you can see by all the other complaints. I don't make the kind of money to spend 100.00 on a skin product. I just thought I was paying S & H on a FREE sample! Totally a scam! Internet
I thought I was getting a free sample of a product called alucia. Turns out that it's not a free sample it's actually the full product and you're signing up for a trial. When I discovered the charge to my credit card am I tried to call to cancel they charged me full price for the "sample". They said that I received the full product so they only refunded me 30% back which was $34 out of $98. I told them I had an allergic reaction to the product and could return most of it to them for a full refund but they said they cannot take open products. They also sent a another product along with it that I never even asked for. I was able to get the charge for that removed but that was another $89. For the alucia they would not give me the full refund even though I could return most of the product unused . This is a total scam and they are making tons of money off of it! As you can see I'm not the only complaint on here and I'm sure there's a lot more people that don't bother to complain they just accept it. My credit card company did try to help me and they called with me to talk to a representative at alucia but were unable to get me a full refund. In a way I feel that this is useless and that nothing is going to be done even by me posting here but I at least have to say I tried and just maybe it'll stop one person from buying from them!
