Reccomended and used him for many years and when I asked him to do one of my properties he made several attempts but miss identified number of units number of electrical panels and number of air conditioners (2) on property and insurance agency kept trying to get him to do it right. and after many emails he told me to leave him alone and that "He Has A Life" Fernando keep the money that I asked you to return, I will never reccomend him again. Got the work done completely and corret by another company and finally purchased insurance.
